why does the blue cross blue shield of Tennessee app auto fill _pfo when signing in to my account. I have deleted the app rebooted and installed it and it still shows the same thing.

App is as bad as it gets

I’ve spent part of my morning waiting on log-in to load. It’s no wonder our healthcare system has such a bad reputation. BCBS, as well as the other insurance companies, are overpriced for the patient and short the providers as much as possible. The process is slow, clunky and not preferential to the patients. I guess they just want to be consistent with their app.
