Somewhat useful, somewhat
Useful but only to an extent. Doesn’t support personal QR, but the majority of QR in Thailand are still personal. Also when you deposit 100 or more it withholds half until the bank processes, which can take a while. Finally, they used to offer cash back and have a very low charge for adding money - now no cash back and higher deposit fee. Seems like the app is probably going to become less user friendly as it becomes more popular. Crossing fingers for an alternative!

This is useless outside the hotel. And there is no simple way to get my money out once you put money in app. Not a happy camper.
