Great for all ages

We have used a few different programs as our daughter Zoe has been playing basketball. This app is great for daily workouts. The drills challenge different parts of her shooting and the variety keeps it interesting. Workout lengths are ideal to get some shots in without being overwhelming for a middle school student. Best of all is BriAnna who is super positive and always finds a way to provide daily inspiration.
