Update: now barely functional!
Will give my credit to the devs. The app did not work at all before, but after months of their diligent work, you can finally place an order. Will it be under your name? Will your credit card info be safe? Will the store even get your order after it tells you the order was received? Who knows! No receipts, no refunds, no Apple Pay. This is truly the pinnacle of modern app development.

Order paid, not delivered and not refunded entirely
I made an order at their website for a few goods, paid in full and asked to deliver at the Southcenter Mall, it took days to process (the money/payment was immediate though), they never delivered it and refunded only a very tiny portion of the orders value. Been trying to contact anyone from the website but they just have a form and no phone to call too. Also their app is not synced with their website, so the order shows at the website but not the app. Kinda bad experience to say the least, don’t recommend using their online services for anything at all at this point, their physical stores usually are ok though. Sent an email asking for a full refund of the order, hopefully this can still be resolved in the right way.

Is it really an app?
Did download the app to get the rewards and simplify ordering. It works for both but what it doesn’t do is concerning. - no receipt sent to screen or email - profile list name and email, that’s it - card information is saved, but I can’t see it anywhere on the app which is very unsettling. So I am unable to change or delete the card. App needs a serious update

Technically this app works, but it is barely functional. It’s filled with broken English, confusing UI, and missing features. --- 1) I got overcharged — I was supposed to get $2.25 off a $5.79 order. My credit card was charged $4.14, even though the app says I used the whole $2.25 reward balance. 2) No receipt — I checked out with a $2.25 reward. Nowhere on that checkout screen does it tell you what the breakdown will be (reward vs. credit card). After you pay, there’s no way to see the receipt. 3) No pickup information — It doesn’t tell you when the order will be ready, where to go, or what to do when you arrive. I ended up asking the barista and they said they were working on the order. 4) Doesn’t feel secure — I didn’t feel great about adding my credit card information honestly. I don’t really trust this app based on the design.
