Game changer for mental health of tweens, teens, AND adults

This app feels like a calming presence in a chaotic world to set us all back on track! It provides in-the-moment addressing of worry - when spiraling & there isn’t someone to talk you down. I think of it a bit like a calming parent when my teens & young adults aren’t physically with me, which in turn lowers my worry! Tangible exercises to do for a set amount of time, along with directing attention to what is real & true. How awesome is that?! On top of that, it is also a digital journal that allows you to keep track of worry that you can reflect back on and/or sent to your therapist. No more trying to go by memory! You can reflect on the ways you’ve grown as well in the process. When the world is throwing all sorts of things to worry about at us all, this app sets us back on course. It’s something everyone should proactively have on their device!
