Another disappointment
All hype, no real efforts. I was hoping this app would at least try to do what they claimed but messaged them over issues a few weeks ago and never heard back. Sent them a previous message months ago and nothing but figured I’d give the app a chance but it’s just so flawed. I upgraded to the premium and it continuously shows me as not having one. So you try to go into your account and it automatically kicks you back out and back from the start you go. It just pretty much throws you in loops and when it does actually work to get a picture analyzed in the past. It gave me multiple readouts to the exact same picture from one extreme to the other. I know my hair is thinning so why it read I had a full head of hair is beyond me but it’s pretty much another failure. Don’t waste your money and avoid this app. I’ll update this review if I ever hear back and it can get resolved but it’s been radio silence.
