Love this app!
Love this app, and love this credit union! The app is really easy to read, and navigate. You can do any and all you banking needs right on your phone. Super convenient!

Very disappointed!
Tom and I have had accounts at CCU for decades. Now, as I try to close our accounts at SFB and KEEP our account at CCU, I can’t even make a remote deposit at CCU. I now live in MIddleton, so remote deposits are my only choice. Last week I attempted to make a remote deposit on the 3rd. It was rejected. I corrected the reason for rejection today (that I didn’t WRITE “for remote deposit only”) I only checked the box as it was printed on the back of my check. I did this after I called and talked to someone about why my check was rejected. Then I sent the check back through. Now I see it’s been rejected AGAIN. Obviously NO one is monitoring your system. At the very least I feel I should receive a notice from a person that my remote check has been rejected and how I should proceed. Your competition SFB, sends a message to alert customers of these issues. I will have to call tomorrow and find out HOW I can successfully make a remote deposit. Thanks a lot for a very annoying system that relies on the customer to solve these problems. Sally (Sarah) Lister
