Very inconvenient data presentation while placing order. Not user friendly

Horrible compared to ICICI direct and and HDFC securities
As soon as I log in it gives a message that my account is facta no. Compliant. It maps to my nre account and not my NRO account that I want to use. I have been unable to execute a single trade from there. Even website is wierd. The orders vanish into thin air and show up only after a couple of days. For ipos both the app and website are worthless. My dedicated advisor had to apply.

Does not load . Very slow and horrible time consuming app. Worst experience in years. Please upgrade fast else we will close our accounts

Doesn’t work on IOS
The app takes you nowhere after entering the access code. It’s pathetic to see such poor app performance from a prominent company, even small time companies have better app experience.
