Why are reviews dissing ChatOps
This app is single-handedly one of the best and most innovative platforms we have ever built in the Air Force, alongside Puckboard. Replacing Signal, Whatsapp, and GroupMe with actual secure messaging was a great idea, and I see active innovation and integration only getting better. Mattermost was literally the same app so it can’t be better or worse. Sure, the transition had a few bugs and P1 ChatOps is a lengthy app name, but it’s worth a 5 star. With all the channels we have as pilots, it tends to become overwhelming to keep track of, but it’s much better than using anything else. Great app! Hope it keeps getting all the support it needs to continue integrating platforms and connecting pipelines.
