Purchases Do Not Restore
After years of in-app purchasing, my design purchases can’t be downloaded or restored. However, they can be re-purchases,which seems like they’re willing to continue receiving revenue from the app with no responsibility to their customers. Tried contacting the developer to no avail. Apple is unable to refund for any issue over 60 days and I am not interested in the refund as much what I purchased.

Doesn’t work anymore.
The app won’t let me create new project. It just freezes and doesn’t do anything. After investing money on buying the app and multiple items in the app, I am not happy. I’ve tried reaching out on Instagram and now no one will open my messages anymore. Feel like I got scammed.
