Embarrassingly poor
My council is asking people to download this app - I really wonder why they should bother. It’s almost a complete waste of space as information is severely limited, disorganised and interactivity is zilch. Surprisingly it has been around for over 5 years but looks like it’s still in the beta version of its development stage. Data given to receive address specific information appears to go nowhere as one is prompted to type this in later again! News and tips is like a lucky bag without any possibility of filtering the list. I won’t even begin to comment on the lack of a uniform graphic presentation or CI.
