Refused membership for no reason
I was refused membership and wasn’t allowed to use the app because I didn’t pass the validation process. I have no criminal record or traffic violations. When I inquired about what the issue was, they said “the details of the rejection are confidential as part of their privacy policy and specify standards.” Further attempts to get information were met with dismissive emails. Seems like a bad system when you can’t take any actionable steps to correct what may have been an issue when submitting personal documentation.

Claims my drivers license is in use by another account; this is incorrect, and should anyways be verified at the beginning of the account setup
