I just kept running.. for me
I’ve been doing challenges with friends or family for the three weeks. It’s been a fun way to engage and compete regardless of everyone’s schedules. During the competitions, I’ve averaged between 3,000 and 7,000 more steps a day than on a regular week and realized I started running as a quicker way to work in more steps.
