There’s a few apps that people use to help get a cancellation slot on the Irish driving test. No cancellation? My “invitation to book” was estimated to be 13 months after I applied for my test. So that’s the problem. Is this the solution? Well it could be. I’ve found that it just makes it so much easier to not have to be constantly checking the site for slots, and instead be ready to react when you get the app alert. The RSA site is still awful. You often have to wait 20 minutes to log in by which time your coveted window has long closed. Other apps seem to auto book for you but that’s scary given the amount of personal data involved, so I think ultimately this is worth paying for.
