Love the workouts but the app has problems
Love the workouts and programs, been doing them for months and they are great!! However there is a big glitch problem - the biggest is sometimes when completing the workout exercises the app will log me out then upon trying to log back in I get a message that I need to update the app, but there is no update on the app store. I have to wait like a day or so then after deleting and redownloading a few times it will randomly start working again. This is frustrating because it prevents me from completing my workouts.

Love this app
Love this app! Hybrid training for the run options with both strength and run days included. So many options for plans and fun challenges. This app has made such a positive difference in my training and really improved my speed and endurance!!

Love the workouts
I love the workouts and the overall offerings of the app. I would love to see free form boxes for weight and reps/sets in order to better track progress. It would also be amazing to have the option for metric or imperial for tracking.
