PSE Electronic Allocation System (“PSE EASy”) is an online platform that enables investors from different provinces and countries, beyond the previous geographic scope of physical kiosks in Metro Manila, to subscribe to the LSI tranche of not only Initial Public Offerings (“IPO”), but also Follow-on Offerings (“FOO”).

It is the Exchange’s initiative to maximize this digital solution and to expand the scope of offerings covered by the PSE EASy platform with the goal of increased participation and ease of accessibility.
