My concern is I use Revolut for cash out one time and now I don’t see it no more I really don’t know why.

I’ve made close to $20 and when I go to cash out in gift card form it takes a while. I message the help center and my account goes under review. So it was a waiting game for a while. Then I go an email saying I’m able to cash out now so I go to the app but there’s no way for me to actually cash out. I message the help center again and it’s been WEEKS. It should have been a couple days TOPS based on what they told me. I see no cash out in my future because of the HORRIBLE customer service. WASTE OF TIME!!
