I love this program. I was 1 year postpartum and struggling with the last 15 lbs. Completing this program allowed me to quickly lose the stubborn weight and inflammation and also taught me how to eat so I can maintain it.

Super Helpful
I found the Thinnr app to be an extremely useful and important part of the program. Two key areas of assistance to me were 1 - helping me identify the foods I should be eating in order to obtain the best results from the process, and 2 - ensuring I remained on point with my meal portions and nutrient distribution. Both of these are key factors if you wish to derive the most benefit from the program.
