River North Strength is a private training facility specializing in strength & conditioning for active adults. Our clients coach their kids' soccer teams, hike & bike trails, play golf, run 5k's, and so much more. Our goal is to have more and more busy adults prioritize their own health and strength so they can not only keep up with, but optimize what their crazy life has to offer. Each session is a part of an all-encompassing program aimed at moving more efficiently, building strength. lessening pain, and improving cardiovascular function.
