Works great when you’re at home, but so does a light switch lol no way to check on your light when you’re at work / on vacation

The app seems to be easy enough to operate when it works. I’ve had zero issues with the UI. My issue stems from the app just failing to open and crashing. Would have no problem changing my review to 4 or even 5 stars if the app just worked.

Bought a 3.0 off marketplace and downloaded the app, put the lights on and it’s been great. I like how easy it is to change the day cycles. Optimistic about my purchase!

Very frustrating

App is designed to be very customizable and powerful, but to make it happens it needs to work at least.

I never write reviews but here goes. It’s frustrating to have expensive products and then not have software match the experience. It’s almost better to not have the app if no care and support is given towards it. Can you please update the app to stay logged in on every device and show all products? My spouse and I both have the app on our phone and if one of us is logged in then the other person gets logged off. Additionally, I added the 1st Generation Bluetooth with my phone/app but apparently this doesn’t sync through the app itself. This means my spouse also doesn’t have access to those lights through the app. Also, I’m not sure why we can’t group 4.0 (or 1st generation for that matter). We have 4 plant lights currently and need to get more. We went with the Fluval lights because we have 3 Fluval canisters as well (FX4, FX6, and a 407) This app is seriously about to make me return the lights and go with another brand….even if that brand doesn’t have an app. I could get cheaper lights and setup a more complete experience that also connects to my smart home.

Since I’ve installed the latest app update I’ve been unable to use the WiFi on my Aquasky 3.0 including the one that I’ve purchased this week. Restarted my home network, deleted the app, reinstalled etc… nothing worked. I’ve even created a sub network 2.4ghz only for the Aquaskys 3.0 that I own and that are less then 8’ the router and still doesn’t work.

I've been using the previous app for several years so here's a few notes for this new app. We don't need the 3 squares at the top (All, Light, Light BT) taking any space, just get rid of that. We need a way to manually sort the lights. The plus button needs to be moved, it’s in the way of some of my lights. The bottom buttons can also be made smaller to free up more space for viewing all lights. Try and use the screen real estate as efficiently as possible. The overall feel of the app is great and I’m liking the additions to this app. Just needs a couple fixes and I’m really hoping fluval keeps up with it. Thanks

App does the job with a plant 3.0. It would be more convenient for it to default to the number pad when changing intensities. Also would be convenient to stay logged in and not have to agree to the user terms when using on/ across different devices. Being able to go into portrait mode and zoom into the graph would be a nice addition as well for smaller screens.

This app is really nice. I like the changes made, especially making it much easier for us to set our percentages. Connected to my Plant 3.0 with no issues. I think one thing to may consider in the future would be allowing us more than 10 time points in pro mode, but nevertheless this app is a huge improvement and I enjoy it very much.
