Stuck at level 5

Red box with no red string. Orange string and no orange box

Can’t get past level 5

At the end of level 5, I’m given a red box but all my red threads are gone and all I have left are orange. I can’t use a VIP box to clear them and it seems the level is un-passable. On top of this, Apple Pencil does not work with this app. I can use it to turn, but not to tap. I would like to continue playing this game, please fix!!

Developer doesn’t fix known issues

I came to leave a review for this one to let developers know about a glitch. I Can see that it’s been reported multiple times over the last couple of months. there have been updates since for “bug fixes” yet the issue has not been addressed. I will be deleting this app.

At the end of game 4 there’s only blue yarn but a red box. No way to win.

Good until it wasn’t!

I’m on level 23 and the puzzles are repeating! Level 23 is the car with the luggage on top. I’ve already done the car with the luggage on top. And now two times when I’m getting somewhere in the game and I need an extra box I tap on it to watch a video and nothing happens. At first I thought it was well maybe they don’t have an ad to run. But then I go back into the game and I tap on anything, including trying to get the yarn, and nothing happens. I have to force quit the game and restart it and then guess what? I’m back at the beginning of the game and all of my progress is gone. This has happened twice. It happened three games before the car with the luggage and now it’s happening on the car with the luggage. I’m done and I’m over this. It was really a fun game until it wasn’t. Deleting. 😡😔
