Do not update firmware!
UPDATE: I was issued a replacement and it works!!! Helmet updated and app is now usable. Thank you devs! I was having fun with the helmet till I downloaded this app and updated the firmware. It bricked my helmet and now it won’t turn on. What a waste of $200 AVOID THE FIRMWARE UPDATE!
