Just have time to do a class
Am I paying for the classes? Because this company needs to upgrade their it dept! I’m trying to get a class in during my lunch break but they forced me to upgrade but the app won’t finish the upgrade!! Fix it

Purchased reformer and found out that app is not part of the free gift card you get. Workouts are boring and lack challenge. Attempts to return this equipment in pristine condition, as it is not a challenge or a workout for me resulted in an email telling me that I will owe have the cost of the reformer to ship back and the offer of another useless gift card - this one now $30. I was going to recommend to friends who don’t typically work out and who are looking for a gateway to fitness. Unless this turns around, I will just continue to share this unfortunate experience.
