Почему я должен ждать 1 час очереди и потом всего час сидеть с впн ? Почему нельзя оставить ожидание в 10 сек ?

Я конечно все понимаю, но ждать час на подключение? Слезть с тяжелых и верни нам +-10 сек Доп. Впн стал лагать, когда проходит это час время обнуляется и все, не выключается и тд* а когда ты сам отключаешь при таком лаге опять нужно ждать час, прошу исправить эту ошибку
