Easily track work and rest with WorkRestCalculator!

Stay on top of your intervals with two flexible modes:

Automatic Timer – let the app run your rounds (perfect for solo sessions).


Manual Entry – log the time when you finish a working set and let the tool do the math (great with an external clock or class setting).


Pick the style that fits your workout:

Ratio – rest proportional to work (1:1, 1:2, 2:1, 3:1, or Tabata 20s/10s with audio cues).

Set – fixed rest each round (eg. 60 seconds or AMRAP with 0s rest)

Every – total round time (work + rest), EMOM-style with any duration.

Optionally save completed workouts (with segments) to Apple Health. Heart rate and other biometrics recorded by your Apple Watch will appear alongside your workout in Health/Fitness when available.
