Great baseline but room for improvement
I think this app has all the right foundations to be a great tool, but it still has some limitations. I appreciate that the app team is constantly trying to evolve the product and think future iterations will just get better and better. That being said, I have had some technical issues and have been unable to get in touch with anyone to help for at least 5 weeks. I know it is a very small team, but my emails and DMs have gone unanswered and it’s a bit frustrating when my issue is something that impacts my daily use of the app. Overall I am enjoying the app but not sure I will continue to pay for an app that is seemingly unable to provide any technical support.

Potentual
Has great potential. Plan to check back in several months to see if it’s improved. I really like that you can give it preferences on how it should remind you. I love that it checks in throughout the day. I asked it to be supportive and encouraging and love that if I had a rough day where I missed my targets it speaks encouragingly and helps break it down into something I can do for a quick win. what I don’t love is pretty much every time i open it it takes a looooong time to load and closing/reopening does not help. I often end up doing something else rather than waiting. I would love if it could read more nuance as well. I told it i did xyz but now i need to do abc tomorrow and it didnt ask if i wanted a reminder about abc. It was easy enough for me to say hey remind me about abc tomorrow afternoon but it would be nice if it could figure that out from the conversation. Happened a couple of times so it wasnt just a fluke that it didnt pick it up. good luck! i think this is a great idea!
