Needs work

I was excited to use this as programming on the device is difficult. However, after several frustrating, tries at creating and naming a preset. I finally emailed customer support and discovered that that’s not possible, even though there are preset buttons you can’t change their name. Also discovered that when I changed one of the open preset slots it overwrote all of the normal existing factory programmed presets. I may have to go back and do a factory reset to get them back. The device itself works great. The interface needs help. App is fine to turn it on and off, but I would be cautious about saving presets as it might wipe out all of the factory ones.
