Fix notifications

Please please please, let me select between “food low” and “your pet ate something” notifications. Important alerts are lost under piles of useless information.

It is ok - Needs updates

The app is OK definitely need to change up what notifications we can ask for I don’t necessarily need to know or be notified every time a cat eats but I do want to know if they haven’t eaten so it would just be nice to customize because I get a ton of them saying they’re eating and I have to keep that on in order to get the notifications that they’re not.

Does all the basics right

It’s more basic than the rest of the smart pet apps but it has the fundamentals down right I think. I would like more control over the notifications. Like knowing when an unauthorized pet tried to eat from the food. Or having some notifications, but then not other notifications. It would be nice if I could change the brightness of the name plaque, as I don’t want it off but it’s a bit bright. I take a star off only because I think it could have more features but what is there I think is solid

1 out of 3 cats cannot access the feeder

I don’t know if it’s the new update or what because my other two girls do just fine. But my third who has both a microchip and now I’ve put the RFID on her collar cannot access her feeder. (The microchip was paired, I unpaired, attempted to pair the RFID and cannot get that to work.) 5/5 stars once she stops having trouble. The feeders are extremely convenient and don’t take up too much space. They come with a stainless steel bowl, which is a very welcome change from other microchip feeders. Two of my cats find the feeder to be extremely easy and have zero issues with. The app is easy to use and understand.

Great Upgrade from PortionPro Rx

The app is very easy to use, and the machines have been working great for my two cats. I recently bought two new microchip feeders, and the setup was smooth and quick. As a former PortionPro Rx user, I’m really glad PawsPik made this upgrade!
