LuxDry San Juan in Ciudadela: If you’re looking for the absolute worst service wrapped in a “luxury” label, congratulations—you’ve found it. Garments come back damaged, mistreated, and irreversibly ruined, and nobody takes responsibility. Customer service is nonexistent, and their lack of commitment is shocking. If you want the unforgettable experience of seeing your expensive pieces destroyed while nobody owns up to it, this is the perfect place—because here, mediocrity is in charge. I trusted their so-called “luxurious expertise” and brought in some pricey decorative blackout curtains. What I received? A torn, warped mess, as if they’d gone through a textile blender—all because they didn’t give them the proper dry-clean care they required. Do not put your textiles in their hands. LuxDry San Juan in Ciudadela proves that a fancy name does not equal professionalism—here, mediocrity sets the standard.
