slick design but I wish there was more for tracking

I like the app and the design. However, the stats/ progress page only has my training data from when I stated the program this month. It’s useful but I wish there was more for tracking my progress like weekly progress, streaks, etc. This would help a lot knowing how I’m doing and keep me motivated!

Helps with consistency

I struggle with knowing what to do in the gym and for how many sets. This app takes care of all that and now I just throw on my headphones and follow the workout. The built in rest timers are very convenient and I can enter how many reps I did for each exercise. Seeing each set being checked off as I do the workout gives a sense of accomplishment and helps me push. And the convenience of just following the workout and not having to set timers everytime helps me stay focused.
