You can verify the authenticity by scanning the label attached to the product.

If the label scan does not work, you can send the product image and purchase information via the inquiry function for verification.

Any other types of codes (QR, barcode) or anything that cannot be scanned with the d'Alba app are not considered valid means of verification by d'Alba.
