Disappointing but hopefully just a one-off from an otherwise gifted developer
This developer has spoiled us with their library of consistently good games. My heart sings whenever I see a new release bc I know I’m in for at least 45 mins of happy gameplay; often times MUCH longer- either bc they are of a higher caliber or simply on account of the fact that I’m not the sharpest tack in the box, I often overcomplicate things unnecessarily, and well…. my maths aptitude on a good day is that of an American 9yo on a bad day lol. So it was disappointing that this, their latest release, took me less than 10 minutes to complete. And frankly, it would’ve only taken 5 mins (TOPS) had the only even remotely challenge puzzling it in made an iota of sense; the rest of it was so entirely mindless that it should fall into a primer/ demo category called: “so you’ve never played a escape room before… let’s teach you how to hit buttons!” 😂 Oh well. I really can’t complain too much bc this developer rarely disappoints, so hopefully this was just a one-off!
