With the KDM-ERP mobile application, negative situations experienced before, during or after the flight under the heading of Passenger Rights within the scope of the General Directorate of Civil Aviation (DGCA) legislation can be reported to DGCA, and the notification of an illegal passenger during the flight can be quickly recorded by the flight crew and sent to DGCA. Process tracking can be done instantly on the system.

With the KDM-ERP mobile application, inspection procedures can be performed online-offline in the field, and evidence for sub-atomic values for questions on the basis of the control form can be uploaded via the mobile device. Evidence for sub-atomic values can be uploaded with the QR Code generated by the system.
