Truly so helpful!
This app provided us with so much knowledge that we were ready and confident going into labor. Based of this knowledge and prep I was able to have my first baby so smoothly. Being prepared helped take away the fear I had over giving birth and gave me the tools I needed to enjoy and take on the labor process. Amazing app!!!!!
