About FastAI - Sprint Form Analysis
FastAI is a tool for sprinters to analyze, track, and improve their sprinting.
How it works:
1) Users upload a side view of their top speed sprinting to FastAI.
2) The video is processed using an AI model. Key frames like touchdown, toe-off, and strike are extracted from the video, and the model will then analyze the users form.
3) The AI will determine what technique errors the user is making (over-striding, poor hip flexion, poor knee extension, etc).
FastAI will deliver personalized cues and drills for the user to target their respective weaknesses. The app will also grade each analysis, provide quantitative data of joint angles, and will keep a log of past analyses.
