Could have been so much more!
The concept is great but the “unlocking” with each diocese is really restrictive. There’s hardly anyone around because we haven’t been “unlocked”. I think the profile questions are really thorough and I like that some of the most important general filters aren’t hidden behind a pay wall. But I won’t be paying for this app and will probably delete soon if it continues to be empty.

Totally Disagree with the Premise
I don’t know why some people force this idea of ignoring beauty. You say look at the “whole” person yet you insist on blurring photos like we are dumb. God made beauty and men desire beauty. For people to be on a Catholic app, I am assuming that their intentions are already good and they are good people. So personally the first thing I would be looking for is if they are physically attractive. You seem to have this romanticized idea that people are going to fall in love with words on a paper or something they write about how they love God. But the reality is this is just a profile. You have to go out into the world and actually meet the person. And part of that draw (at least for men) is finding the woman very beautiful.
