No connections- no fix after weeks
App updated to ignore old transmitters, but I no longer can find my new transmitter in the bluetooth search. It simply never connects, despite 20+ attempts and ways to try and get it to find it, including restarting my phone, force closing and then deleting and reinstalling the app and still nothing. Hope this is able to be fixed soon as this app was fantastic. EDIT: It has been 6+ weeks, and I still have to delete the app, reinstall it, turn bluetooth off and on multiple times, before it ever connects- and still, it’s about 24 straight hours of fiddling with settings and reinstalling before anything connects, and no updates to fix the issues have been pushed. It’s been this way EVERY time I put on a new sensor. The app is miserable and basically does not allow me to use my phone for over a day as the app needs to be in the foreground to make a connection. I loved this app but i’ll be holding out till another Xdrip app comes out that is more reliable and doesn’t cause so much headache.

The group of developer(s) are really nice. When I posted issue on their FB group page that I was having, they put out updates fixing the issues, so now I can directly put in what bludtooth name to connect to! For some reasons, this app is far more accurate in guestimating expecting HbA1C than dexcom clarity app that I had to use to share my data to clinic. Clarity’s guesstimate were way off, when it expected 5.8-6.0, at clinic came back as 5.0, which where zukka had guestimated 5.1! (happened over 13 months with 4 labs) I truly trust this app so I don't have to unnecessary get frustrated at my guesstimate HbA1C! Thank you for developing this app (xdrip).

Great free app
This is a well maintained app by a free software team. The publisher takes the free software and bundles it for the apple App Store. Costs money to keep licenses to do that and it is work. Hats off to the xdrip4ios team and the zukka publisher! See the xdrip4ios fb group for any needed support. The developers are very responsive.
