No file access for uploads, crashes

The app is the only way to connect with the Carvera Air, and it crashes and does not allow access to Cloud or local files to upload to the Carvera Air. There are no settings under Apple’s privacy and security to modify to grant permissions to the application. I have attempted this application on multiple M series iPad Pros and IPhones. The Windows, MacOS, and Android versions are not much better with each also having similar issues. The app prompts for firmware update downloads; however, they do not download into the app, the download links are not available when attempting in a web browser, and how would you upload since that feature of the application is not working. The overall experience with the software and the CNC has been very frustrating, and I have worked with industrial equipment for more than 20 years.
