Move Journey is a fitness app that helps you progress in various movement skills, from goal setting and skill selection to personalized automated assessments and a personalized program with continual AI-assisted feedback.

The app uses your device’s camera to observe you performing a skill (a pose such as a handstand or deep squat, or a movement pattern such as push-ups or straddle handstands) and measure the duration or count reps automatically. You can optionally capture videos or photos automatically while in a pose or after completing some reps.

You can create competitive or collaborative challenges with other users for practicing a specific skill. The app features custom workouts, which you can create and edit through a natural-language chat with AI, or manually.
