iDplus

iDplus is the official mobile application approved by the Palestine Monetary Authority (PMA). It provides citizens and residents of Palestine with a secure and easy way to create and manage their Financial Digital Identity (FDID) and complete electronic Know Your Customer (eKYC) procedures remotely — without the need for physical presence or paper documents. With iDplus, participating financial institutions can verify their customers’ identity using their facial recognition technology. The mobile application enables secure login to participating financial institutions mobile applications and facilitates customer onboarding and authentication for various financial services.
