Service Call V2

Service Call is an additional application within Interax, allowing users to request assistance from staff members. The system provides a call button to notify the staff through their Digital Mobile Radio’s [DMR]. The staff can accept the request and the user is notified instantly that assistance is coming and more importantly who is attending.
