About THP Clinical App
The Tissue Health Plus App is a Wound Care Co-Pilot designed for healthcare professionals. It integrates diagnostics, clinical decision support, and administrative automation into a seamless digital experience.

Included in the app is the THP Wound Assessment Module—a Class I Medical Device that can be used to measure and document external wounds. It features image capture, image display, and wound measurement (area, length, width, depth, % red, % yellow and % purple).
App Features:
• Powered by a science-backed care model for all chronic wound types
• Automated image analysis for wound boundaries, measurement and tissue color classification
• Clinical decision support for intervention selection, protocol guidance and product ordering across Surgical Dressings, NPWT, CTP, MIST, HBOT modalities, with built-in explainability
• Assists nursing and treatment providers in multiple care settings and includes tools for referrals and consultations
• Generates Standard Written Order for all patient wounds during an encounter and provides clinical and reimbursement alerts to mitigate reimbursement risks
• Creates encounter progress notes for provider editing and facilitates automated transmission of progress notes, orders, and billing codes to EMR
• Adapts to changing reimbursement guidelines and treatment innovations through continuous learning
• Configurable to align with practice workflows and protocols
