Great, One Caveat
Everything about this app so far has been excellent. I appreciate how granular you can make it. It’s primarily downfield for me is not being able to log my medication takes with Apple Health. But that’s on Apple to permit it, not the dev’s fault. That’s primarily what I need it for, and it’s redundant for me to record it in two apps. Much more suitable for those with multiple people to log.

Too buggy to be useful. Medisafe is much better.
Had to subscribe to add more than 2 medications. I set up all their timings, but it often misses notifications or sends them hours late. I will also often log a med as taken and that won't reflect in the UI, or it will be shown as taken in one place but not another, or it'll show as taken but I'll still get notifications saying it's overdue. It's pretty, but that's all it has going for it.
