Led by experienced trainers, including our founder Haaziq (@caliwithziqqy) —a seasoned personal trainer with years of strength training expertise, and his wife, Ashikin (@ashyclair) — who is passionate about empowering women to break boundaries, we focus on proper technique, progressive training, and sustainable results.
