Perfect
Exactly what i wanted. I'm tired of going to grocery store and getting bad produce because i don't know when it's peak harvest time is. We all know many produce is imported year round but often is not good because it's often picked early, transported long distances and/or frozen. I don't have time to track all of this. I just want to buy what's fresh now. I tried several apps but they tell you what i don't want. They will tell you mostly that everything is available year round, and that's true, but for the reasons i just mentioned, this info is basically useless. This app is the first one i have come across that specifically tells you when produce is at its early harvest, its peak harvest and when its getting towards the end of its growing season. This is what i want to know. I want to avoid buying produce in its off season that's just come out of the grocery store freezer , but technically is available all year. I want fresh and less expensive. This app gives me exactly that. There may be others but this is first i have come across and so far is perfect. Definitely recommend spending the $2.
