A very displeased customer
In February 2025, Tower Hill insurance renewed my homeowners policy at almost 4 times (3.85%) my 2024 rate. The only notification of this change sent was a letter addressed to myself at my daughter’s address. I never received the letter and if I had I would have immediately cancelled the policy. My daughter’s name is also on my mortgage. She was living at a 2nd home at that time, but the letter was not forwarded because it was not addressed to her personally. This is insane to raise the rate that much without even receiving a phone call. I only became aware 5 months later upon receiving an escrow shortage from my mortgage lender. I am single and living off a teacher’s salary in the state of Arizona. I feel that Tower Hill has really done me a harsh financial wrong in this situation!!!
