⭐️ 1 Star — “$700 Bricked by ECOROAD App in One Week”
I had my ECOROAD ES4 for one week before this app completely locked it down. The scooter will not pair, reset, or unlock. Every screen is a frozen loop of errors and dead-end prompts. This isn’t a bug—it’s negligence disguised as an app. Support does not exist. Accountability does not exist. The real “tool” in this situation isn’t the scooter—it’s the developers, whose incompetence and nonexistent customer service have effectively taken my property hostage. A $700 scooter should be a vehicle, a convenience, a tool for freedom—but with this app, it’s a paperweight controlled by broken software and absent support. Avoid this app. Avoid ECOROAD scooters entirely. I’m sharing this so no one else wastes time, money, and energy on a product that locks you out, traps your investment, and offers zero recourse.
