My New Favorite App
There’s something so therapeutic about ranking songs and artists that I love, and the interface that Herd uses makes it easy and so much fun. My favorite part of this app that I am only now starting to take advantage of is looking at my friends’ pages (and even other users) to find new song recommendations and discover new artists. I’m a huge fan of Herd, especially the recent Herd Highlights showing my actual top songs of the year, and I can’t wait to see what other features come out as this app grows!

ACTUALLY FEELS INTENTIONAL
I have to say this app completely changed how I discovery music. Rather than endless scrolling I feel it finally gives me that space to explore music on purpose. To bring in intention or curiosity. My biggest interested was that every feature is really built around slowing down and really listening. To me I truly love music because it means something not just because it’s shoved at me by some algorithmic metric. I love trading experiences and memories with my friends on here through Herd. I feel it add so much more depth to my music experience. If you care about music deeply this is truly the app you’ve been waiting for.
