Makes Fitness More Fun
The social media aspect is pretty cool. Sometimes I feel weird posting fitness/ gym pics on other apps like IG or FB, but this is a place specifically built for that, so it’s not cringey, ha. It’s been really fun to see people on different journeys and stages of fitness, plus there are hacks and tips from real people about food and workout routines. It’s honestly inspiring to see the live feed of when people are exercising. I’ve been surprised at how much it motivates me to show up, too, which is awesome because consistency is what I’ve personally struggled with most. I feel like the app solves that problem in a lot of ways. Plus, you get points for working out, so it feels more like a game than a chore? And then the points turn into prizes and big discounts in the online store, so really… it’s a win-win situation. I’m trying to get my friends on the app, so we can use the IPO features in the new year. Maybe I will finally keep my resolution this time lol
