Just had my first class……
This form of exercise is truly amazing!! I had never tried this before and I was blown away by how I got such a great total body work out in one hour!! Shelby was a great instructor. The atmosphere is very cool with exposed brick and lighting. Great sound system.. vibe is on point… this will be a hot spot in Spokane for sure.
